Swinks + Food With Jooj at the Drinks Cabinet!

We are so excited to be hosting our next tasting at the Drinks Cabinet in Aberdour. This event will bring you all the cosy, festive feels, setting you up perfectly for the big day.

We are going to take you on a run through of Christmas Day in the form of 5 wines and 5 perfectly paired canapés. Take it as inspiration for your Christmas Day menu or simply come eat, drink and be merry.

Jooj will cook and prepare 5 canapés, mimicking a Christmas Day run through. This will be paired with 5 wines carefully selected by Erin to match the flavour profiles of the food.

All wines will be available to purchase from the Drinks Cabinet so you can re-create the evening at home.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the menu we cannot cater for specific dietary requirements but please let us know in the notes when you checkout if you would like the vegetarian option.

All food is prepared in a kitchen which handles, celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Best efforts are made to ensure there is no cross contamination, but FWJ cannot guarantee that any food is 100% free of allergens.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that FWJ needs to purchase food and other consumables in advance of the event. At the time of a cancellation or a reduction in the numbers of persons attending the event, FWJ may have already purchased the food and other consumables and may not be able to use the food for any other event, or the food may not be appropriate for any other event that FWJ are undertaking. Therefore, cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event will result in no refund being issued.

In the event of FWJ having to cancel the event, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund including the deposit and as much notice as possible will be given.

All data collected from the Customer with regards to booking details, will not be shared with any third parties and will be protected in accordance with statutory and regulatory GDPR requirements.
